Titles & Honors |
1919: Saltus Award Medal of The American Numismatic Society 1925: the Architectural League awarded him a gold medal of honor for his "Canadian Officer" at Winnipeg. 1951: a joint award with Leo Friedlander, of the medal of Honor of the National Sculpture Society. The American Academy of Arts and Letters awarded Fraser their gold medal of honor for sculpture and the Century Association also a gold medal. He was vice-president of the National Institute of Arts and Letters from 1925 to 1929 and both president and, later, honorary president of the National Sculpture Society. |

The obverse depcits a robed angel with a shield and sword. The reverse depicts a shield emblazoned with "US" and framed with the names of the 13 victorious countries and inscribed across the top: " The Great War for Civilization."
